Here you will find some useful information before you arrive. If you have any questions, we are of course available to help you at any time. We wish you a pleasant stay in our house and lots of fun with the activities in the Brandnertal!
Important information
Arrival / Departure
Rooms are available from 2:00 PM onwards.
Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM.
We ask that you check out of your room by 10 a.m. at the latest on your departure day so that we can make it comfortable for the next guests.
Meal times
Breakfast:
from 7.30 AM till 10 AM
Dinner:
from 6 PM to 7.30 PM (from December to March)
Parking
Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.
WiFi, Internet
Our “Sonne Guest WiFi” is available to our house guests free of charge with a password login.

Dogs
Dogs are very welcome in our hotel. We ask you to leave your loved ones in the room during meal times.
Special rooms are prepared. We charge a price of Euro 15,- per dog/day (without food).
Keys
In the evening please use the side entrance directly to the ski room. The side entrance is also the night entrance which you can open with your electronic patch during the night. The main entrance is only open during the day.
Smoking
For the sake of your fellow human beings and subsequent tenants: If you want to smoke, we ask you to use the balconies and our terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains.
Safe
Your room is equipped with a safe (in the closet). Please follow the operating instructions provided. If you have any problems, please contact reception.

3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Your booking will be valid upon receipt of the deposit.

We primarily prefer payment in cash. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and all common EC cards.
We ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
During your stay, all services can be booked directly to your room.
Summer services
From May to October we offer our guests overnight accommodation incl. gourmet breakfast at the breakfast buffet.
During reception hours we are of course there for you with our drinks service.
In our lounge we have put together a small and fine selection of drinks especially for the evening hours in the new self-service minibar, with wine cooler and Nespresso machine. Here our guests can enjoy the evening hours undisturbed and without being asked.
Winter services
During the winter season from December to April, our restaurant is open in the evenings with the popular half-board option with a daily 4-course menu of your choice. We will be happy to pamper you and your family with regional delicacies, a salad buffet and Austrian specialties during your ski holiday.
General cancellation conditions
*Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival
*Within 30 days before arrival, 40% of the arrangement price will be charged.
*Within 7 days before arrival, 90% of the arrangement price will be charged.
In case of no-show, 100% of the package price will be charged.
Unused services will not be refunded in cash.
Hotel contract conditions
The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
Hotel cancellation insurance
Since cancellations can result in charges of up to 90% of the costs, we strongly recommend taking out hotel cancellation insurance.
Mini-bar in our Panorama Lounge
Outside of our reception and service hours, we have put together a small selection of drinks, Nespresso machines and snacks in our mini bar in the lounge. There you will find glasses, wine openers and also a collection of games for a cozy time together.
Please use the consumption list and tick the products you have taken. These will be added to your room bill.
